Ratko Mladic has been captured and will eventually be prosecuted for war crimes no doubt. But, he didn't pull all 8000 triggers that reportedly killed 8000 Bosnians, mostly men and young boys. Where are the others and what is their culpability? As he is in ill health and it took sixteen years to catch him despite his apparent open life style, one might wonder if he is simply waiting to die and will never live to see a trial much less punishment.
