Virtual Art - Amazing use of technologies.

Five Days to Go

At this point I wish I had something profound to say about the "retirement" experience.  I don't.  Just get it over so I can begin the new phase.   To that end we have become the parents of a new dog - Diva.  She came from Maine via special delivery by our friend Judy.  Diva is a one and one-half year old Boxer and a real joy.  She is well trained, smart and I look forward working with her.

Lily - RIP - November 15, 2010

After 12 and 1/2 years our dear Lily has left us. She will be sorely missed.

Ski Trip

Have been skiing in Vermont. Arrived Sunday and will be heading back to Baltimore on Saturday. It's been cold but we are having a good time. Have skied Pico, Killington, and Okemo (today). Miss everyone in Baltimore and of course, Lily.

Great Day

This weekend, we welcomed another great guy to the family. Niece Karla and Chris were married on the 13th. GREAT DAY.

The Tree, She is Gone

Well, yesterday the tree folk arrived at about 7:30 am and over the next 4.5 hours proceeded to deal with our tree (see posting below) and those of my neighbor's. It's amazing what can be done in a few short hours. The video below is only a 2.5 min. long but interesting, I trust.
