Back Story:
Yesterday I found the smaller of these toads floating in the swimming pool and I placed him in the pool's (non-working) skimmer opening with his friend here. As I sat by the pool for a couple of minutes, I heard a splash and watch as the two of them swam to this log which I leave as an escape ladder for such various creatures. She, as you might guess, was doing all the work! Then, I noticed this bumble bee swimming in the area, obviously in distress until it hitched a ride. The bee flew off in about 2-3 minutes and the frogs lived happily ever after. (Actually, 15 hours later I found them still living happily together in the pool.)
