About a week ago I remember reading a short article in the paper that mentioned some 83 million cases of food related illness in the USA. However, I cannot seem to locate the article. I find it amazing that a little over 1/4 of the population of this country is affected. How many people do you know became ill from eating contaminated or otherwise tainted foods THIS YEAR? 1 in 4?? I simply cannot believe the number. If you can link me to the article, I would appreciate it. Maybe it's my memory that is the problem.
