Anger Management

I caught a quick thing on the TV regarding anger which simply suggested asking three sequential questions, a "No" answer should terminate your logic to be angry:

The questions:

1. Is the thing or issue important?
2. Is it reasonable to be upset by them?
3. Can I remedy or modify the situation?

I you can answer Yes to all three, then do something about it, don't just get angry.
